Here at The Big Buck, we take pride in creating high-quality customised products.

Custom & Personalised Orders

As all personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with customisation choices.

Please carefully review all spelling, names, dates, and design selections before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on customised products.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
